Order 2 or 3 days ahead for a well-prepared and presentable items.
We cater on-the-day deliveries just 5 hrs after payment, only if orders are available on the day, otherwise, your orders will be delivered the next day or on the scheduled date as agreed.
For events, connect with us at least months ahead.
Payment is through any remittance branches like M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan, LBC, etc.
Payment can also be done via BPI or BDO bank deposits.
No order is entertained when credit card is used.
There will be no return and refund because our products are mostly fresh flowers and cannot be retrieved when withered if you backout or change you mind. But we cater change of flowers or items when proven that damage is due to our negligence.
Time of Delivery
For booked orders, you may choose your preferred time from 10AM-5PM with free delivery in Cebu City only, other areas have delivery fees.
Preferred time other than 10AM-5PM also have delivery fees depending on the area.
Preferred time may not be the exact time, considering a lot of factors like traffic, nature, etc., but this should be met by the delivery team as possible.
